Jon castillo - Lead pastor
I have been married to my wonderful wife, Rachael, since 2002. We have been blessed with 4 rowdy boys. We love playing superheroes, riding bikes and having family movie nights. We are so blessed to serve and be a part of the Main Street Church family. Email Pastor Jon.
MIKE LONG - Executive Pastor
Janice and I have been blessed to serve the Lord together all of our married life. We married in 1974 and are the proud parents of 8 children (4 we gave birth to and 4 as their spouses). We enjoy participating in the busy lives of our 10 grandchildren who range from elementary school age to adults. When we arrived at Main Street Church, we were part of the blending of a church plant and the former First Baptist Church. In my "spare" time I get the privilege of serving refugees through a ministry call Voice of Refugees, leading mission trips to the Holy Land and Middle Eastern countries, and climbing mountains. The family of believers at Main St. Church are an amazing example of God's love! Email Pastor Mike.

Linda gonzales - children's director
Linda has been a part of this church family since birth. She and her husband Ralph have 3 amazing teenage kids who all serve in ministry. She teaches first grade at our Circle City Enrichment Center and has a deep passion to see children of all ages discover the love of Jesus. Email Linda.
doreen romo - youth leader
Doreen helps lead our youth on Wednesday nights and participates as a worship and ministry leader on mission trips and youth camps. Email Doreen.

tim long - technical director
Tim and his wife Erin have two sons. He is active with his boys in Boy Scouts as well as teaching weekly Bible studies, producing and hosting a weekly podcast, and roasting coffee as a separate business. His entrepreneurial experience is a valuable asset to our staff and church. Email Tim.
joshua wathen - worship pastor
Joshua spent his life in the Church, finding a connection with the Lord and His presence through music and worship from a very early age. With a decade of vocational ministry experience, Joshua, along with his wife Hannah and son Jack joined our church in July of 2024. He desires to usher people into spaces where they can palpably experience God's presence in their lives, and embrace the freedom found in walking in dependence upon the Lord. Email Joshua.
austin salinas - worship director
Austin and his wife, Cassie serve in the youth ministry as well as the worship team. A skilled musician, Austin teaches instrumental music to young people looking to grow in their own musical giftings. Email Austin.
doreen romo - worship director
Doreen and her husband, Steve have 5 pre-teen kids. Needless to say, she keeps very busy. Her passion for music and worship music specifically is easily seen by all who attend our worship services. Email Doreen.
owen rachunok - worship team
Owen serves as a musician and a leader on our worship team. His leadership presence brings value to many different areas of our church, including our youth group, our mission trips, and our Sunday morning services. Email Owen.
aj torres - worship & media
In addition to serving as our youth pastor, AJ plays a key role on our worship team and helps oversee our media at Main Street. Email AJ.
Administrative & Finance
HEATHER MIKAEE - FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR
Heather and her husband, Mark are raising two incredible kids. She keeps active with her kids while teaching math and science in our Circle City Enrichment Center, as well as managing our bookkeeping and accounting. Email Heather.
LORI SCHULTZ - ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
My name is Lori Schultz. I have two grown children and I’ve been a member of this church since 2007. I love the fellowship here and I look forward to many more years of service. Email Lori.
